Menard is a genuine Japanese cosmetics brand. It was named after the Greek mythological goddess Maenad who was famous for her iconic beauty and prosperity . Back in 1959, Mr. Daisuke Nonogawa created the company to lead it up to the point at which it stands today: a reknown brand in Japan and Asia willing to extend its influence over the world and Europe.

3. What are Menard's quality certifications?

As skin is our most sensitive organ, Menard products are elaborated in extremely protected facilities. Our Inazawa factory owns both ISO14001 and ISO9001 certifications which attest that our management and production work in respect of the environment and individuals. Samples from every series produced are kept and stored for us to answer any possible reclamation or interrogation from our consumers. Upstream, our research laboratory works ceaselessly not only on our products efficiency but also on their compatibility with every skin type from the most reactive ones to the most sensitives.

1. How to buy Menard products online?

To buy your Menard product, go on its corresponding page on this website. Choose the quantity desired and add the product to your cart. Once your shopping is over, click on My Selection on the right upper corner and process to checkout. As soon as the delivery information is filled and the order payed, your order is registered and processed as quickly as possible by our services.

2. Can I make my payments safely on Menard's website?

Everytime you pay online with your credit card (VISA, EUROCARD-MASTER CARD, etc) all the data you may type in is immediately encoded (SSL mode) and registered on the Société Générale secured payment platform. 4. How can I follow my parcel?

Thanks to the Colissimo system, everytime we operate a delivery in France or elsewhere you can follow the shipment of your parcel online via the following link: http://www.coliposte.net/gp/services. (Your parcel identification will be included in your order recap and sent to you after your purchase)

5. How long before I receive my parcel?

Our delivery deadlines in metropolitan France are those of Colissimo: 48h on workable days if the order is made before noon (provided that all products are available; if not, we will keep you informed about the subsequent delay).
Abroad delivery deadlines (also Colissimo's) depend on the destination country but generally range from 4 to 8 days after ordering (order made before noon, provided that all products are available; if not, we will keep you informed about the subsequent delay).

7. If my products are delivered in bad condition, can I have a refund ?

As set by the Consumption Code, you can send back your purchase within 7 days after delivery. Carriage fees will be at your own expense. Products must remain unopened and have to be sent back in their original packaging. We will then operate your refund within one month after we received your returned purchase.
